Is there a sample fee for my customized products?
Actually, samples are free, but shipping costs the buyer pay. The shipping cost for the sample is about $100-150. (Buyer cost) . You can make the payment via PayPal or the company bank.
Can we visit your bamboo factory before finalizing the deal?

How long is the lead time?
Usually, we have mass products available. and ready to ship within a few days. however with custom products. The estimated delivery duration is specified for each individual product. Average lead time is 30 days.
